These Terms govern your use of the Khidmat platform and website, operated by Khidmat Solutions. By registering a mosque or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Registrations are reviewed and approved by a super administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us the permissions necessary to host and display it as part of providing the service.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update or improve the platform over time.

Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Donation processing is handled by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.
